This remanufactured 7.3l diesel motor has been completely rebuilt including all bearings, reconditioned crank, camshaft, and pistons. All of our motors come with a one-year unlimited mileage warranty.

All long blocks come with cylinder head(s) attached .

Valve covers, timing cover, and oil pan , rockers , push rods are not included.

All long blocks have, lifters, camshaft, timing chain (belt), timing gears, valve guides, three angle cut seats, cam, rod and main bearings, pistons, piston rings, rod bushings (if applicable), gaskets and oil pump.

All cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts and connecting rods are cleaned and shot peened and magnafluxed for cracks.

All bolt holes are tapped.

All oil galleys are hand brushed with white cleaning brushes and cylinders are hand cleaned with cleaning solution .

Cylinder heads have seats cut three angle. After assembly, heads are vacuum checked for valve seating.

Crankshafts are ground and polished .

Each oil galley is hand brushed .

All connecting rods are honed.

IMPORTANT  - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

SHIPPING - all of our engines are shipped via freight truck and require a fork lift for delivery. Lift gate delivery are available in certain areas. You also have the option to pick up the engine at the shipping terminal. Shipping cost vary with the delivery location but typically run ~$300.00 to most commercial addresses in urban areas with no lift gate needed. Please contact us for an exact shipping quote prior to ordering the engine We DO require an engine core and DO NOT cover the return shipping cost. We can however assist you with arranging the freight and getting a pickup scheduled. 

CORE RETURN - This engine is sold exchange in the old unit must be returned to us within 30 days. A core fee of $1500 will be assessed on any engine not returned within 30 days. We must have a credit card number on file whit are sales department prior to shipment of the engine. If a credit card is not available you will have to pay the core charge upfront prior to shipment of the engine.
